THE ART OF GRAPHITE
This is something I have been working on for the last few years. Unfortunately the quality of the pictures on this site aren't the best, but I will be working on that. All of the drawings are for sale and prints are available upon request.
I have posted some of my favorite drawings here on this site. Many long hours have been spent to produce these works of graphite.
I am a self taught artist. The style is my own. I use no circles or outlines. I do not trace or project the images. Everything is either from my head or from great pictures. I've found many great ideas and am working on bringing those ideas to paper.
I have been drawing for about thirteen years now and have loved every minute of it. I've traveled all over this country drawing portraits and designing tattoos for people. I have not come across anything I can't draw, only some things I haven't really enjoyed drawing. I've helped teach others my style, as well as help to shape their own. Allowing them the chance to appreciate and understand the world of art as I do.
I'm very passionate about my art. I try to draw something new or add to a drawing every day. I have drawn everything from a rose to an album cover for a local band. I try to challenge myself and constantly push the limits of my talent. I always want to know my limits and make it to the next level.
Every drawing on this website has been hand drawn with nothing more than two .7 mm mechanical pencils. One is a B and the other is a 2H lead. I use no blending sticks or smearing with my fingers. What you see it the best a pencil can do. I always love looking at a completed piece. It gives me a sense of accomplishment.
